Internship.
Innocently walking into a company...
Despite hearing the "harshness" of working life...
I mean how bad can it be right?
Gosh...
All the answers got smacked into my face with such force !
NOW I understand why people get so cold...
The things I hear them say to another....
Embarassing the person in front of everyone...
Degrading him/her...
All I could do was feel sorry for that person.
Interns are like the lowest of the lowest in the company..
Therefore they assume us to 'shut up & obey'.
Sometimes I wonder if the treatment overseas are like this....
Or is it just this country? Sigh.
